Come dance, vibe, shake, meditate, or stand like a wall flower (but I promise the energy will entice you to join the movement). Ecstatic Dance is for every BODY. You don't need to be a dancer, you don't need to have rhythm, and you don't need to come with anyone. This type of dance is to help you transcend into the present moment with the rhythm of the music, your breath and movement. There are no specific steps to learn, you are free to dance and move how you wish moment to moment. Show up as you are and enjoy the playful spirit of Ecstatic Movement. This event is a co-creation, meaning your input and energy add to the whole experience. So we invite you to share and co-create this experience together.
