Shakti offers a variety of classes designed to support different bodies, energy levels, and intentions. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice, our classes are rooted in presence, accessibility, and connection.

How to Join
Once you've decided on the class or event you'd like to join, you can simply book through our interactive schedule- from there you can sign into your existing account or create a new one!
Studio opens 20 minutes before each class.
Payment can be made at the studio with cash, credit or debit
All classes are multi-level which means anyone can join!The teacher will give modifications when necessary.

Ashtanga (Condensed)

Inversion Hour

Restorative Yin

Sunday Reset
A grounding flow to prepare you for the week ahead.
What to expect:Sunday Reset is a flow-based class designed to build gentle heat and inner strength through vinyasa sequences. The practice winds down with restorative postures and/or pranayama to bring focus inward and support deep relaxation before the week begins.
