Join a class

Come as you are

You can join a class by coming to the studio 10-15 minutes before class time No need to prebook any class Studio opens 20 minutes before each class Payment can be made at the studio with cash, credit or debit All classes are multi-level which means anyone can join! The teacher will give modifications when necessary. Prices: First class: Free Drop in classes: $20 Part-time and Unlimited Memberships available- Inquire at studio Month membership: $140 (includes all drop in classes and 4 week Inversion Series (Fridays 5:45pm-6:45pm) 1 year memberships are also available

Each 90 minute class has been carefully designed to help you build a clear, confident understanding of yoga — combining theory, mindful movement integration, and reflection


Inversion Hour Drop in Series with Ash On Fridays from Dec. 5th-19th 5:45pm-6:45pm $20 to drop in
This workshop is designed for those who want to work towards improving their hand balancing skills and build the confidence and awareness to safely invert. Anyone can join this series, it can be adapted to any level.

Class/Event Descriptions

Vinyasa
Energizing practice, linking breath to movement in a flow like state. Builds stamina, strength and flexibility.
Shakti Flow
Energizing practice, combining Vinyasa, intuitive dance, pranayama, energy lock activations, inversions, animal flow. My Personal favourite!
Ashtanga (Condensed)
A dynamic practice, linking breath to movement. Fixed set of asanas (postures) with repetitive Vinyasas after each posture. Focuses on asanas, breath, bandhas and dristi.
Inversion Hour
A practice dedicated for you inversion fanatics! But to be honest you don't need to be able to do an inversion to join. This class will help you build strength to invert and condition the body to balance on your head or hands. Progressions will be given for whatever level you're at.
Restorative Yin
Meditative practice focusing on passive stretching and holding asanas (postures) for 3-5 minutes to bring stillness to your practice. Mat based postures using props like blocks and bolsters to support you.
Slow Flow
Vinyasa based practice focusing on moving slowly with intention. Lots of modifications and moments to pause and retreat. Calming pranayama to bring stillness to your practice. Beginner friendly!
Yoga Sculpt
A flow based practice focusing on foundational poses while adding in the benefits of strength training through light hand weights.
Beginner's Bliss
New to your practice or prefer a slow approach with plenty of cueing, modifications and hands on guidance? Beginners Bliss is for you! A nurturing class to explore, ask questions and discover your personal practice, breath, body, and mind!
Sunday Reset
A flow based class to get you ready for the week ahead. Build heat and inner fire through a series of vinyasa flows that combine strength and balance. Ending the practice with restorative postures and/or pranayama to bring the focus inward and prepare the body for rest and relaxation to close out the weekend.
